HOW MUCH WILL MY PORTRAIT SESSION COST?
I work with clients on all budgets, and prices vary depending on the type of portrait session you are after. All pricing, products and payment options will be discussed with you at your initial consultation. Your session fee is payable at time of booking, however what you choose to purchase is completely up to you. When you come back to view your images, you can buy them all, one or none. You only ever buy the images that YOU LOVE.GIFT CARDS are available to purchase and can be used towards a photography session or print purchase.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PORTRAIT SESSION?
Because every person is different, each portrait session will be different. That is why it is so important we take the time together in the beginning, to clarify the when, why, where and how of your session. However, generally for each session you can expect:

A pre shoot planning appointment.

Fun - always! Yes, no matter how awkward or uncomfortable you THINK you are in front of the camera, you will enjoy this. Why? Because for the time we have together it's all about you, and if it wasn't a positive and empowering experience, I wouldn't be doing it.

Individual wardrobe styling. I'll help you plan a few different looks to maximise your session time.

We are partnered with OM Organic Makeup Studio, so a complimentary makeup service is available for all studio sessions.

Access to in studio wardrobe options.

Privacy and confidentiality. While the studio retains the copyright of all images (unless otherwise contracted), none of your images will be used by Solas Studios without your permission.

Post shoot image reveal and review session, where you'll decide which images you would like to purchase.
If you just want to come in with no prep work, snap a few photos, and then get a disc of images, I am probably not the photographer for you. Let's talk.
HOW LONG IS A PORTRAIT SESSION?
Depending on the type of session you are planning it will generally be between two to three hours. Personal branding images shot in studio generally take less than one hour. Naturally, more creative images will take longer. We'll discuss all your needs and ideas at your consultation.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PORTRAIT SESSION &
A PERSONAL BRANDING SESSION?
While they are both portraits, the personal branding portrait is usually intended to promote and elevate your brand and business story. Personal branding images are used in your social media, websites, promotions and business cards - even your dating profile! A personal branding image should help your customers, clients or audience know you and your brand better.
